What we collect: the answers you give on our fit check (firm name, state, role, revenue band, whether you offer paid tax planning), your first name, work email and mobile number, and the time you book. We also record the page you arrived from and campaign tags.
Why: to decide whether a call makes sense, to book and confirm your call, to send booking reminders, and to contact you about the call you requested.
Advertising measurement: this site uses the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API. When you complete the fit check or book a call, we send Meta an event plus your email and phone in hashed (scrambled) form, with browser identifiers, so we can measure which ads lead to calls. We do not send your answers about revenue, role or state to Meta. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
Text messages: we only text you if you ticked the optional SMS box. Reply STOP to opt out.
Sharing: we use HighLevel (forms, calendar and email), Google (Calendar and Meet) and Meta (measurement). We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and your choices: we keep your details while we're in contact and for record keeping after that. To see, correct or delete your data, email [email protected].
